  "text": "(1) A tenancy is not a secure tenancy if the dwelling-house is on land which has been acquired for development and the dwelling-house is used by the landlord, pending development of the land, as temporary housing accommodation.\n(2) In this paragraph “development” has the meaning given by section 55 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (general definition of development for purposes of that Act).",
