  "text": "The right to buy does not arise if the landlord is a housing association which at no time received a grant under—\nany enactment mentioned in paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to the Housing Associations Act 1985 (grants under enactments superseded by the Housing Act 1974),\nsection 31 of the Housing Act 1974 (management grants),\nsection 41 of the Housing Associations Act 1985 (housing association grants),\nsection 54 of that Act (revenue deficit grants),\nsection 55 of that Act (hostel deficit grants), . . .\nsection 58 of that Act (grants by local authorities).\nsection 50 of the Housing Act 1988 (housing association grants), . . .\nsection 51 of that Act (revenue deficit grants).\nsection 18 of the Housing Act 1996 (social housing grants), ...\nsection 22 of that Act (grants by local authorities for registered social landlords) , or\nsection 19 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 (financial assistance) which was a grant made on condition that the housing association provides social housing ... .\nor a grant from the Greater London Authority which was a grant made on condition that the housing association provides social housing.",
