  "text": "The value of the landlord’s share shall be determined by the formula -\nVS=V×S100and the amount required to redeem that share shall be determined by the formula—\nR=VS-Dwhere—\nVS = the value of the landlord’s share;\nV = the value of the dwelling-house (agreed or determined in accordance with paragraph 8);\nS = the landlord’s share expressed as a percentage;\nR = the amount required to redeem the landlord’s share;\nD = the amount of the final discount (if any) which is applicable under paragraphs 4 and 5.",
