  "text": "The landlord’s share after the making of an interim payment shall be determined by the formula -\nS=R-IPRxPSthe amount of the interim discount shall be determined by the formula—\nID=PSxV100-SxV100-IPand the amount of any previous discount which will be recovered by virtue of the making of an interim payment shall be determined by the formula—\nRD=IPRxPDwhere—\nS = the landlord’s share expressed as a percentage;\nR = the amount which would have been required to redeem the landlord’s share immediately before the interim payment was made;\nIP = the amount of the interim payment;\nPS = the landlord’s share immediately before the interim payment was made also expressed as a percentage;\nID = the amount of the interim discount;\nV = the value of the dwelling-house (agreed or determined in accordance with paragraph 8);\nRD = the amount of any previous discount which will be recovered by virtue of the making of the interim payment;\nPD = the amount of any previous discount which would be recovered if the tenant were making the final payment.",
