  "text": "(1) The price payable for a dwelling-house on a conveyance or grant in pursuance of this Part is—\n(a) the amount which under section 127 is to be taken as its value at the relevant time, less\n(b) the discount to which the purchaser is entitled under this Part.\n(2) References in this Part to the purchase price include references to the consideration for the grant of a lease.",
