# Housing Act 1985, Section 547: Repurchase.


The provisions of Schedule 20 have effect with respect to assistance by way of repurchase, as follows—
Part I—The agreement to repurchase.
Part II—Price payable and valuation.
Part III—Supplementary provisions.
