  "heading": "Local housing authority to have regard to environmental considerations.",
  "text": "A local housing authority in preparing any proposals for the provision of housing accommodation, or in taking any action under this Act, shall have regard to—\n(a) the beauty of the landscape or countryside,\n(b) the other amenities of the locality, and\n(c) the desirability of preserving existing works of architectural, historic or artistic interest;\nand they shall comply with such directions in that behalf as may be given to them by the Secretary of State.",
