  "text": "(1) A tenancy granted by a private landlord under arrangements for the provision of support for asylum-seekers or dependants of asylum-seekers made under section 4 or Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 .\n(2) “Private landlord” means a landlord who is not within section 80(1) of the Housing Act 1985.",
