  "text": "(1) A tenancy of a term certain of—\n(a) 21 years or less, but\n(b) more than 7 years,\nfrom the date of the grant of the tenancy.\n(2) This paragraph applies only to tenancies entered into—\n(a) before the day on which the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 was passed,\n(b) during the period of two months beginning with that day, or\n(c) after the end of that period under a contract entered into before the end of that period.",
