# Housing Act 1988, Paragraph 104

Extent: E+W+S

In Schedule 16 to the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 (bodies to whom Part X of that Act applies) after paragraph 9 there shall be inserted the following paragraph—
“9a. Housing for Wales.”
