# Housing Act 1988, Paragraph 20

Extent: E+W+S

In section 16 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (exempt agreements), in subsection (6B), in paragraph (a) after the words “England and Wales,” there shall be inserted “ “the Housing Corporation, Housing for Wales and ”.
