# Housing Act 1988, Paragraph 46

Extent: E+W+S

In section 263 of that Act (index of defined expressions in Part VIII) before the entry relating to “clearance area” there shall be inserted—
“assured agricultural occupancysection 622
assured tenancysection 622”.
