# Housing Act 1988, Paragraph 95

Extent: E+W+S

In Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975, in Part II (bodies of which all members are disqualified) there shall be inserted at the appropriate place the following entry—
“Housing for Wales”.
