  "text": "(1) Housing for Wales is a body corporate and is in this Schedule referred to as “the Corporation”.\n(2) The Corporation is a public body for the purposes of the Prevention of Corruption Acts 1889 to 1916.\n(3) The Corporation shall not be regarded—\n(a) as the servant or agent of the Crown; or\n(b) as enjoying any status, immunity or privilege of the Crown; or\n(c) as exempt from any tax, duty, rate, levy or other charge whatsoever, whether general or local;\nand its property shall not be regarded as property of, or held on behalf of, the Crown.",
