# Housing Act 1988, Paragraph 14

Extent: E+W+S

(1) The fixing of the Corporation’s seal may be authenticated by the signature of the Chairman or of any other person authorised for the purpose.
(2) A document purporting to be duly executed under the seal of the Corporation shall be received in evidence and be deemed to be so executed unless the contrary is proved.
