  "text": "In section 39 (minor definitions) before the definition of “mental disorder” there shall be inserted—\n“ “assured tenancy” has, in England and Wales, the same meaning as in Part I of the Housing Act 1988 and, in Scotland, the same meaning as in Part II of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988;\n“assured agricultural occupancy” has the same meaning as in Part I of the Housing Act 1988.”",
