In paragraph 1 (4)(d) of Schedule 4 to the Coal Mining Subsidence Act 1991^f1 (home loss payments) after “(secure tenancies)” insert “or Chapter 1 of Part V of the Housing Act 1996 (introductory tenancies)”.
