# The Housing Act 1996 (Consequential Provisions) Order 1996, Paragraph 13

In section 10 of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1984 (buildings provided for sleeping accommodation to be registered), in subsection (2)(h), for “housing association registered under the Housing Associations Act 1985” substitute “registered social landlord within the meaning of the Housing Act 1985 (see section 5(4) and (5) of that Act)”.
