# The Housing Act 1996 (Consequential Provisions) Order 1996, Paragraph 8

In section 12A(7) of the Criminal Law Act 1977 (protected intending occupiers: supplementary provisions), for paragraph (d) substitute—
“(d) a registered social landlord within the meaning of the Housing Act 1985 (see section 5(4) and (5) of that Act).”
