  "text": "(1) This paragraph applies to a company (including a company that is a registered charity) whose registration as a social landlord has been recorded by the registrar of companies.\n(2) The company must notify the Welsh Ministers of any change to—\n(a) its name;\n(b) the address of its registered office;\n(c) its articles of association.",
