  "text": "(1) In section 17(2) of the Housing Act 1985 (acquisition of land for housing purposes) at end insert “ or facilities which serve a beneficial purpose in connection with the requirements of persons for whom housing accommodation is provided ”.\n(2) In section 74(3)(b) of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 (land excluded from Housing Revenue Account) at end insert “ or facilities which serve a beneficial purpose in connection with the requirements of persons for whom housing accommodation is provided ”.",
