  "heading": "Regulations and orders.",
  "text": "(1) In this Part “prescribed” means prescribed by regulations of the Secretary of State.\n(2) Regulations or an order under this Part may make different provision for different purposes, including different provision for different areas.\n(3) Regulations or an order under this Part shall be made by statutory instrument.\n(4) Unless required to be approved in draft, regulations or an order under this Part shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.",
