  "text": "(1) The Relevant Authority may give such assistance as it thinks fit—\n(a) to the landlord, for the purpose of preserving the position pending the making of and agreement to proposals;\n(b) to the landlord or a manager appointed under section 46, for the purpose of carrying out any agreed proposals.\n(2) The Relevant Authority may, in particular—\n(a) lend staff;\n(b) pay or secure payment of the manager’s reasonable remuneration and expenses;\n(c) give such financial assistance as appears to the Welsh Ministers to be appropriate.\n(3) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .",
