  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings the following provisions of the Housing Act 2004 into force in England on 17th February 2005—\nsection 220 (which extends the powers of the Housing Corporation to give grants to persons other than registered social landlords);\nsection 221 (which is related to section 220 and which extends the right to acquire in relation to a dwelling provided by means of a grant to a person other than a registered social landlord);\nsection 227 (which removes the duty on local housing authorities to send annual reports to tenants).",
