  "text": "(1) The Welsh Ministers may make regulations about the procedure of residential property tribunals.\n(2) Nothing in the following provisions of this Schedule affects the generality of sub-paragraph (1).\n(3) In those provisions—\n“procedure regulations” means regulations under this paragraph;\n“tribunal” means a residential property tribunal.",
