# Housing Act 2004, Paragraph 25


In section 318(1)(a) (power of court to authorise execution of works on unfit premises or for improvement)—
(a) for “dwelling-houses” substitute “ dwellings ”; and
(b) for “injurious to health or unfit for human habitation” substitute “ harmful to health or safety ”.
