# Housing Act 2004, Paragraph 8


In section 9(1) of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1981—
(a) for the words from “a registration scheme” to “section 354 of that Act,” substitute “ a licence under Part 2 of the Housing Act 2004 ”; and
(b) for “358” substitute “ 134 ”.
