  "text": "(1) In this Part of this Schedule “the end of the consultation period” means the last day for making representations in respect of the matter in question.\n(2) The end of the consultation period must be—\n(a) in the case of a notice under paragraph 1 or 5, a day which is at least 14 days after the date of service of the notice; and\n(b) in the case of a notice under paragraph 3, a day which is at least 7 days after the date of service of the notice.\n(3) In sub-paragraph (2) “the date of service”of a notice means, in a case where more than one notice is served, the date on which the last of the notices is served.",
