An Act to make further provision with respect to housing (including slum clearance, housing on farms and rent restriction) and for purposes connected therewith.

## 39 Further provision as to payment of grants under s.6 of 1946 c.20.

In section 6 of the Housing (No. 2) Act (Northern Ireland) 1946 (which provides for the payment of grants in respect of certain new houses), the reference to the owner in relation to any new house shall be construed as a reference to the person at whose expense the house has been provided.

## 49 Short title.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Housing Act (Northern Ireland) 1961.
