  "text": "(1) A resigning housing administrator must, within five business days of delivering the notice under paragraph 87(2) of Schedule B1, deliver a copy of the notice to—\n(a) the relevant registry;\n(b) all persons to whom notice of intention to resign was delivered under rule 6.2.\n(2) The notice must contain—\n(a) identification details for the proceedings;\n(b) the date of the appointment of the housing administrator; and\n(c) the name of the person who made the housing administration application.\n(3) The notice must state—\n(a) the date from which the resignation is to have effect; and\n(b) where the resignation is with the permission of the court, the date on which permission was given.",
