# The Housing Administration (England and Wales) Rules 2018, Article 7.41: Retention period for documents made available on websites

Extent: E+W

(1) This rule applies to a document which is made available on a website under rules 3.38, 7.39 and 7.40.
(2) Such a document must continue to be made available on the website until two months after the end of the housing administration proceedings or the release of the last person to act as housing administrator in those proceedings.
