  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThis Order brings sections 3 to 6, 8, 10, 11, 14, 15 and 17 to 24 of the Housing (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 (“the Act”) into operation on 30th June 2011 and brings sections 12, 13 and 16 of the Act into operation on 1st September 2011.",
