# Housing (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2010, Section 11: Grounds for possession: nuisance or annoyance to neighbours, &c.


In Ground 2 in Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the Order of 1983 (nuisance or annoyance to neighbours, &c.) at the beginning of paragraph (b)(i) insert the words “ an offence involving ”.
