# Housing (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2010, Section 16: Refusal by district council to issue certificate of fitness for human habitation


In Article 36(5)(a) of the Order of 2006 (functions of the appropriate district council) for the words “of his application” substitute “ to issue a certificate of fitness ”.
