# Housing (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2010, Section 17: Amendment of Article 55 of the Order of 2006


In Article 55 of the Order of 2006 (review of registered rents) at the end add—
“(8) An order under paragraph (5) shall be subject to negative resolution.”.
