  "text": "(1) Article 104 of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 (NI 15) (service of certain documents) is amended as follows.\n(2) For paragraph (1) substitute—\n“(1) Any document required or authorised by a statutory provision to be given to or served on any person by the Executive or a registered housing association may be given to or served on that person by being sent by ordinary post.”.",
