# Housing (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2011, Section 25: Commencement


(1) Except as provided by subsection (2), the preceding sections of this Act (and the Schedule) come into operation on such day or days as the Department may by order appoint.
(2) Sections 2, 7 and 9 come into operation on Royal Assent.
(3) An order under subsection (1) may contain such transitional or saving provisions as the Department thinks appropriate.
