# Housing (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2011, Section 26: Interpretation


In this Act—
“the Department” means the Department for Social Development;
“the Executive” means the Northern Ireland Housing Executive;
“the Private Tenancies Order” means the Private Tenancies (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 (NI 10).
