  "text": "(1) No regulations may be made under section 8(1) or 9(1) after the end of the period of 3 years beginning with the day after Royal Assent.\n(2) Subsection (1) does not affect the continuation in force of any regulations made under section 8(1) or 9(1) during the period mentioned in subsection (1).",
