# Housing and Planning Act 1986, Paragraph 2


In section 462(1) of the Housing Act 1985 (preliminary condition for grants: the age of the property), after paragraph (b) insert
“, or
(c) a common parts grant in respect of a building which was erected after 2nd October 1961,”.
