# Housing and Planning Act 1986, Paragraph 10


In Part IV of the Housing Act 1985 (secure tenancies), in section 115 (meaning of “long tenancy”), in subsection (2)(c) after “1980” insert “or paragraph 3(2)(b) of Schedule 4A to the Leasehold Reform Act 1967”.
