  "text": "(1) The Local Government Act 1985 is amended as follows.\n(2) In Schedule 13 (application of local authority provisions to residuary bodies), in paragraph 14, after sub-paragraph (a) insert—\n“(aa) paragraph 2 of Schedule 4A to the Leasehold Reform Act 1967;”and at the end of sub-paragraph (b) insert “and” and omit sub-paragraph (d) and the word “and” preceding it.\n(3) In Schedule 14, omit paragraph 58(e).",
