  "text": "In section 125 of the Housing Act 1985 (exercise of right to buy: landlord’s notice of purchase price and certain other matters), after subsection (4) insert—\n“(4A) The notice shall contain a description of any structural defect known to the landlord affecting the dwelling-house or the building in which it is situated or any other building over which the tenant will have rights under the conveyance or lease.”.",
