  "text": "In section 39(3)—\n(a) in paragraph (a), for the words “an authorisation under section one of this Act” there shall be substituted the words “opencast planning permission”;\n(b) in paragraph (b)—\n(i) for the words from “an” to “Act”, in the first place where it occurs, there shall be substituted the words “opencast planning permission”; and\n(ii) for the words “out of any authorised operations” there shall be substituted the words “on of any of the permitted activities”; and\n(c) in paragraph (d), for the words “any of the provisions of the First” there shall be substituted the words “section 15A(4)(c) or any of the provisions of the”.",
