# Housing and Planning Act 2016, Paragraph 13


(1) Section 70B (power to decline to determine overlapping application) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsections (1) and (4A), after “planning permission” insert “ , or permission in principle, ”.
(3) In subsection (5) omit “for planning permission”.
