  "text": "(1) Section 97 (power to revoke or modify planning permission) is amended as follows.\n(2) In the heading, at the end insert “ or permission in principle ”.\n(3) In subsection (1), for the words from “modify” to “the authority” substitute\n“modify—\n(a) any permission (including permission in principle) to develop land granted on an application made under this Part, or\n(b) any permission in principle granted by a development order,\nthe authority ”.\n(4) In subsection (3)(a) and (b), for “where the permission” substitute “ in the case of planning permission that ”.\n(5) In subsection (4), for “permission” substitute “ planning permission ”.",
