# Housing and Planning Act 2016, Paragraph 24


(1) Schedule 8 to the Environment Act 1995 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1(2) omit paragraph (b).
(3) In paragraph 2(3)—
(a) at the end of paragraph (a) insert “ and ”;
(b) omit paragraph (c) (and the “and” before it).
