  "text": "(1) Section 15 (compulsory purchase order: confirmation notice) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (4), after paragraph (d) insert—\n“(e) containing a prescribed statement about the effect of Parts 2 and 3 of the Compulsory Purchase (Vesting Declarations) Act 1981;\n(f) inviting any person who would be entitled to claim compensation if a declaration were executed under section 4 of that Act to give the acquiring authority information about the person's name, address and interest in land, using a prescribed form.”\n(3) After subsection (5) insert—\n“(6) The acquiring authority must send the confirmation notice to the Chief Land Registrar and it shall be a local land charge.”",
