  "text": "In section 8 (material detriment arising from severance of land etc.), for subsection (1) substitute—\n“(1) Schedule 2A makes provision in respect of a proposal by an acquiring authority to acquire part only of a—\n(a) house, building or factory, or\n(b) park or garden belonging to a house.”",
