  "text": "(1) Section 97 (tenant's improvements require consent) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1), after “secure tenancy” insert “ to which this section applies ”.\n(3) After subsection (1) insert—\n“(1A) This section applies to—\n(a) a secure tenancy of a dwelling-house in Wales, or\n(b) an old-style secure tenancy of a dwelling-house in England.”\n(4) Omit subsection (5).",
